Martial Arts Anatomy- 6/5
Martial Artists, and in particular Kosho-ka, know the way the body works so they can manipulate their opponent. However; all to few martial artists know the basic details of human anatomy.
Sempai John will be hosting a seminar at Kenzoku Martial Arts Center on this very topic. In this seminar students will be exploring human anatomy related to Martial Arts. Students will be diving head first into the skeletal and muscular systems so they can better understand how the body works and moves.
This seminar will be in the form of student directed learning. The students will be told the names of the body part, how it works, and why it works. From here they will divide into groups of two and come up with a “technique” that either uses, or attacks that part of the body.
