These tools allow our students to take their training to a whole new level. On the pads students can train for power, speed, quickness or any combination their of. The large standing bags students can train endurance and power. We use the mats to allow our student to practice how to take a fall, or how to roll with little risk of injury. Finally we use "Noodles" to help our students train their ability to block and not get hit with little risk of injury.
